Paper submissions

Researchers are invited to send their papers (in Spanish or English), in Word or PDF format, until May 18, 2023, using this form. The submission should be made by only one of the authors, and if the research is selected, only one of them will be in charge of the presentation at the Congress (in person). Co-authors may submit other research independently. Completed research that addresses any of the areas of Economics, Finance and related fields will be considered. The Scientific Committee will review the research papers, considering criteria of academic quality, thematic diversity and gender equity, and will make a decision before June 2, 2023.

It is recommended that the first page of the research paper contain: Title, JEL Code, an abstract (maximum 200 words), Name of authors, Institutional affiliation, cell phone number and contact email.

Call for Junior Researchers

In this opportunity, the APE-UPN 2023 Congress invites students of Economics (and related fields) to apply for their Baccalaureate Research Papers or Bachelor Thesis (completed in 2021, and not necessarily supported). Interested students and/or graduates may contact their respective universities (through the Dean’s Office, Research or Academic Direction or as appropriate) for the submission of their submissions. The internal pre-selection criteria are at the discretion of the university; only a maximum of three (3) research applications per university will be accepted.

The research selected by the APE-UPN 2023 Congress Evaluation Committee, considering criteria of academic quality, thematic diversity and gender equity, will be presented during the Congress (distance mode).

It is recommended that the first page of the research paper contain: Title, JEL Code, an abstract (maximum 200 words), Name of the authors, Institutional affiliation, cell phone number and contact e-mail. In this regard, the respective representatives of each university will be informed about the specific procedure for submitting research papers.
